BECAUSE SO MUCH IS RIDING ON YOUR SPINE
SpineFit utilizes the proven methods of physiotherapy and rehabilitation through chiropractic care to identify and maximize our patients’ ability to move and function at full health.
Dr. Dane Kohl D.C. has always had a passion for sports and athletic ability, and it was a sports injury of his own that led him to finding his love for chiropractic and holistic healthcare. Throughout a variety of adolescent sports Dr. Kohl became accustomed to the benefits of chiropractic care and sport-specific strengthening exercises to get you back in the game in as healthy of a position as possible.
Because your injury may vary based on the sport you play and the damage that has been done, Dr. Kohl and the team at SpineFit will develop a personalized physical rehabilitation program that will help you fully recover while reducing pain and increasing your overall mobility. The exercises and techniques used in your personalized rehabilitation program will be prescribed with future prevention in mind, and will leave you at full or better health than before your injury.
The therapies offered by SpineFit include chiropractic adjustments, physiotherapy, Kinesiotape/Rocktape, electric muscle stimulation, and many more than you can learn about on our techniques page.
