IASTM

Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) is an effective treatment to find and relieve pain from soft-tissue injuries. At SpineFit we use specially designed tools to help remodel scar tissue, increase range of motion and decrease pain. There are multiple types of IASTM products available today including Rockblades, FAKTR, and Graston.  IASTM treatment will enhance healing, improve scar tissue mobility, and help improve the flow of fluid in and around the painful area.  Patients can expect improvement of pain and function after one to six treatments.
